I keep in my hand, a green sky so bland...
so where do i fall today?
i'll give you the trees, with a no leaves disease...
just promise to take me away
I'm covered in bark, so burnt like the dark...
her love is like ice and i'm cold
my leaves are all gone, bare naked to dawn...
nothing more to be told
Crows whisper to ear, what's left in the year...
i call them my shadowy friends
from a forest they fly, with no life in their eye...
how lovely the flock does descend
I'm buried in pills, a flock of dead kills...
my love is the bird that is falling...
so don't try to snatch me, a grave will soon catch me
death can then finally stop calling...
