Throughout this life
Time goes on
Day to Day
Singing its song
People laugh
As they walk down the street
Spreading the laughter
To those they meet
Other walk
Looking down and depressed
Wondering where they went wrong
Why are they so stressed?
They try their hardest
To do their best
But what's the point?
They're not really better than the rest.
Whether they succeed or fail
It doesn't really matter
Time goes on
So if they aren't the best
They just try harder than the rest
Time goes on
Some would be discouraged
Others will just quit
But whether time goes on or no
Those trying will prevail
So don't be discouraged
Try and try harder
In the end it will turn out alright
And TIME WILL GO ON!

I really like what you've presented us with. The aim is to continue to try and never give up. A very well written and delievered piece of poetry that is filled with optimism. Well done.
