It's friday evening, we've just talked at the fence
Once more your beauty takes me by surprise
I didn't think it possible to be surprised again
By your beauty and charm
Yet it seems each time I see you
You're more beautiful than before
As if you're a flower blossoming
Ever more majestic day by day
To behold you is a precious gift
An awakening of my senses
Inspiring my heart to savor
The fragrance of passion
I am envious of the wind
As it touches your hair
Jealous of the sun
As it caresses your face
I cherish our moments
There's never enough
Nor ever could there be
When I'm with you
