Allow my sorrow to grow
In terms of its own resistance
Let my inspiration flow
By way of its own existence
Direct the light my way
Enhancing my perspective
Let the break of day
Feel like the night, so deceptive
Read my written tale
A story of my memories
My attempts to love but fail
And my eluded victories
Tolerate my frustrations
They live in strife
Believe in my persistence
In valuing my own life
No apologies are needed
I forgive myself now
I am not yet defeated
Tomorrow will arrive somehow

Omg, this broke my heart just reading this. This was so well written; you really dug deep with this one...I like the second stanza best.
