I hear a lot of voices,
Almost a thousand times a day.
I can tell them all apart,
By how they sound,
And what they say.

But sometimes theyre alike,
And I cannot tell them apart.
Still theres only one voice,
That can really
Touch my heart.

Youre the one that speaks that voice,
I hear it every day.
The one that has a way with words,
Makes everything
Okay.

Im always anxious to hear your voice,
Anxious to hear you speak.
Something about the tone you use,
Strengthens me
When Im weak.

Whats crazy is the way you talk,
Can literally heal and sing.
Ill always know some joy and love,
Because thats what
Your voice will bring.

You are that one single voice,
That speaks above the rest.
It really is the most beautiful thing,
It truly is,
The best.
