You heat up my body,
You heat up my heart.
You light up my eyes,
And you light up the dark.
Youre as bright as the sun,
You shine with its rays.
I can tell that youll light up,
Our future days.
Like the suns light,
When its time to set.
You save all your colors,
For the very best yet.
You make your own sunset,
You rise as you please.
You travel the planet,
And you always take me.
Dont ever quit shining.
Dont ever shut down.
Dont turn off your shine,
Before you spread it around.
Im the only one who can hold you,
Without getting burnt.
Youre my personal sun,
Im the one you wont hurt.
I love you, I need you,
I love how you shine.
So come on, precious sunlight,
Use your flame to light mine.
I Love You.

Well done. I like the theme, and the way it proceeds through the piece. It's a good way of writing a romantic poem. Keep it up!
