I almost told you But Ive changed my mind You dont have time My problems are insignificant Nothing but a single piece in a jigsaw puzzle A minor battle in a world war Ill accept my defeat And bow to your feet Losing my dignity And stripped of my pride Im a slave to the field Escaping would result only in shame Id accept the blame And return in a feat of tears To the place A place A place of devils and horror Full of sorrow and regret Where everyone is sent Sent to be kept To lose yourself to the lies Where you rot in your grave Never to return But only to die

I like your imagery...even if I am not very confident about my interpretation of your poem. |
