Feelings come and go
Like the melting of snow
Cold water down a sewer drain
Washing memories pained
Leaving pleasant memories of love
Memories of Could've
Only if
Old love tends to drift
Good times forever held
Washed away those memories of hell
New love comes another day
A love that last even until their grey
A love that reaches beyond the grave
True love knows its idenity
Together for eternity
