The silence is overwhelming
Im felling crushed by time
Worry and doubt are setting in
My love feels like a crime
You said you needed space from me
Your mind I can not change
I feel so lonely so insecure
My heart it feels so strange
Your friendship is slipping away from me
Its like having a hand thats full of sand
The harder I struggle to hold you
The quicker you slip from my hand
I struggle to hold on to you my love
Time seems to be running slow
I have no choice but to walk away
No choice but to let you go
I feel Im stuck in limbo now
Im falling into an abyss
I know that somethings lacking now
And I know that its you that I miss
I feel worse off without you
Youre an important person to me
I wish that you could just realise
The friend you had in me.
