Pain & Sorrow

Contributed by death_not_be_feared on Friday, 6th May 2005 @ 11:35:20 PM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

Pain comes to mind but sorrow over rules all.
Am I still sane or have I completely lost it.
Lost it all.My mind.
my world has fallen in battle in ridicule. There is nothing left

for me.so confused so lost
and irritated and ashamed of what I have to fear and love.
I feared life.death I came to love.
But death has always spared me when I

desired it most or when I called
upon it for guidance and council.
The pain laughs and taunts me
just as life does so often.Sorrow stabs deep into the flesh

stopping all that remain
fulfilling and plentiful.
My sanity has gone
leaving but a lonely
monster which desires
death and life

but cannot decide between
the two.
Confusion has utterly distained and poisoned its mind,
my mind,our mind.
We cannot decide what is pain

and what is confusion.
Pain comes to mind but
sorrow over rules all
.Am I still sane or have
I completely lost it.
My world has fallen.
