If you would only hold me
the way you did that night
and whisper in my ear
that everything will be alright
If only you would kiss me
as sweetly as I recall
then maybe I would feel
like nobody else really mattered at all.
I would get lost in your eyes
spend eternity in your embrace
run my fingers through your hair
and kiss your sweet face.
They say tis better to have loved and lost
than to have never loved at all
-Too bad the cliches arent true-
cause its just not that easy
to walk away from you.
