The Fortune Teller Lady Cries

Contributed by jyssvw22 on Monday, 9th May 2005 @ 05:27:22 PM in AEST
Topic: oops

The secrets of the mind
The torments of the soul
There is a lady who sees it all
The fortune teller lady, she is called
She is a unique soul, one of hope

Sit with her as you walk by
Take a moment to gain some insight
Smell the flowers she grows
Listen to a story know no one else knows
Feel invisible through her words

She is no prophet
She has no home or gold
She doesnt claim to be a descendant
Of a king that once ruled
She only speaks the truth
If you are a liar
Beware her eyes of fire

Dont ask for a blessing
Dont insult her with coins
Place your hand in hers
And allow the spirits to emerge
Dont be shocked
Dont be awed
The fortune teller lady
Has been through it all

She works in silence
She needs no noise
The lady of fortune
Wants no compensation
An altruist to the very word
A philanthropist
If there ever was a world

If you keep your distance
And act afraid
She will sense your fear
And on you she will prey
Intolerant of cowards
She has no time for fools
Her power is limited
And she wont waste it on you

But if you believe
And approach with confidence
If you live in your world
And you act appropriate
If you are kindhearted
And have never mistreated
You, yourself are courageous
The fortune lady sees this
And will always be honest

Keep her promise
Revere her intelligence
Deep inside her
Lay the beginnings of tomorrow
Within her benevolence
And sacrificial existence
Is kept your freedom
And heavenly inheritance

Very nice jyss. Insightful and straight-forward.
