Today is the day
that something was broke
a broken bond
that will never be spoken
you werent there
when i needed you
i had no one to talk to
and nothing to do
you said i was different
that i wasnt the same
you ask if i was okay
and now i have you to blame
you left me alone
and no where to run
while you were hanging with her
i was hiding from the sun
we used to be so close
you were always by my side
talking and laughing with you
was something i can abide
i must move on
ill find someone who will listen
to every problem life deals
and see the tears that really do glisten...
