Broken Pieces
The broken pieces fall
to the ground as
tears begin to well
and hearts fall apart
for shall i say we
linger for your touch
yet only one may feel that desire oof
your tender burning
fire those who tremble
in the presence of your sight know the
true meaning of the broken
pieces to many hearts
are broken over you
yet the broken pieces
scramble to paint a
picture that seems to
be a bright bold picture
but soon fades awa
after to many faces
are put into the
picture of the future
of all of us are
going away from the
broken pieces

| I really like this poem. I can realate to this alot, because I had that same feeling for someone I liked. It's like we don't really love someone we don't know yet, but we lust alot for them. But you did a really good job and keep up the good work.-luckycharm. |
