Self Discovery

Self Discovery
~~~~
In the mountains, west of Colorado
Where the tops are covered with snow
I set out to find my soul
That was lost in the world below
With each path I chosen to take
I felt forgiven of earlier mistakes
You learn about yourself when youre all alone
Where the fresh cooler air is all thats known
You learn to think, you learn to pray
You learn to appreciate each coming day
You learn the importance of religion and God
A friend to lean on when things get hard
You discover that no mans a rock, its okay to cry
When you revisit your loved ones who have passed you by
You discover that life is what you make
And how you have to give instead of take
But most of all you discover peace
And from that lesson, you must daily feast
Lovely... There is so much freedom and knowledge in your words.
When I was reading this 'I felt forgiven of earlier mistakes,'
When I finished I know I have alot of work to do and what a great feeling, something to work for. Thank You.
