It hurts when you loss your love and it can take a long time to get over and learn to trust again. This is about a love thats found but turned away in fear of being hurt again Please Comment it came to me really fast so I didnt put to much time in to it. Take care and thank you to all that read my work and comment .Steve
When I hear your voice it releases my soul
And when we talk and laugh its as good as gold
Youve touched my life and I dont know how
For your words run deep and touch my heart
And they heal the pain that broke it apart
And my tears start to dry as Im lost in my mind
For Im lost in my mind as I think of you
Im lost in the hopes of being with you
But its in my mind and its just a dream
Ill never find love for its not meant to be
So Ill walk through life and Ill walk it alone
As the tears in my eyes began to flow
I dont want to hurt you so Im saying good bye
Im going to walkout and keep my pride
Ill miss you girl but it will never show
For Ill ice it over and Ill hide my soul
As my tears fall from a pain thats untold
I realize that Ive lost my heart to yet another soul

Another brillant piece from u my dear friend. I felt your words run deep in my heart. Affairs of the heart are the worst to deal with. Chance your luck and go for it my friend. | um... I like this poem because it is actually things that go on in real life. You learn to love, trust, and care, and then it's gone, or you take it away for untold reason. That may not have been the insight you were seeing as you wrote it, but what i saw... |

how very powerful these emotions are. I'm glad i read it because your poems are so well written with the truth about love and love lost.
I'm especially fond of
