I will not be misunderstood
I'll show the world
I can be cool
No bad things I will dwell
I will be true to myself
I wanna be a truthful person
you see
I wanna learn more about myself
To the highest degree
Don't wanna hide behind anyone else
'cuz its no use hiding
No point crying about yesterday
'cuz its no use to be fake
No point being hate
if you dwell on it
I just wanna be myself
Don't wanna lose my trait
Yeah, I know its according to my fate
Bad stuff
It hurts my health
And in the end
I'll lose my wealth
All the pain
All left behind
All the hurt
All the bruises and shame
Somewhere I can't find

| Im happy that you have that optimistic take on your life. I have tried to go that route but I always back in the dark realm of my heart. This was an excellent poem! |
