Close my eyes tightly shut
As the stars go by
Falling for me like I did for you
So I make my wish
And wish for more time
More time to be with you
And to have our time
Be enough to fill your heart
With love for me for all eternity
I know I have more than enough
In me to last a thousand life times
And even more
Its all because you are more
More than what I could have ever hoped for
More than I could ever want
More than anyone could ever ask for
In some one they could be with
And more because you chose me
Me of all people
How could I be so lucky?
I have never been anything special
If I am now it is only coz I have you
You bring out the best in me
It only took the possibility of you
To make me want to be
Everything that you see in me
To make me see something to hope for
In tomorrow and so I do
Every day I hope to keep you
Not just safe from all harm
Not just to keep you
Wrapped in my arms
But happy and in love for as long
As you can be with me
I love you so much
More than anything ever
I know that its a long shot
But I hope my wish comes true
