The drops of rain start at a sprinkle
Oncoming storm, so beautiful and sureal
The moment I wish to hold forever
As we are together, and we are each others only appeal
The drops of rain begin to grow
Under the clouds, so gloomy and cold
So oddly romantic, kissing in the rain
I could stay here an eternity, and never let go
The drops of rain are now beginning to pour
As we are drenched by the water
We look into each others eyes once more
. . .
We sliped out of our skin
That holds our pain
I will remember it forever
...
Us together in the rain

This poem hits home.. its beautiful.. my favorite part is the end
"We sliped out of our skin
That holds our pain
I will remember it forever"
I can relate to this.. keep up the great writin

| a happy poem....couldnt you have given me some warning? heh. calmness before the storm. i dont really know what to say about this poem clark. it was a good poem, but it was happy, and i just cant identify with it right now, maybe later i will be able to read it better than this. ::goes off to play in a puddle:: |
