Another night spent all alone Another night spent to drinking And Its breaking my heart and bone I want you by my side and dreaming All these nights alone are breaking me Im down to my last desperate attempt So drunk, so broken that I cant see All I have left is this drunken contempt
C) These broken lives are all we have left, But I want to know is mine worth keeping? Im sorry for the alcohol on my breath. You break down in your room weeping. Why do we continually lead broken lives? How can you see right through me? How do we get back the things called lives? All we have left are these broken lives and the sea.
Shes up in her room and crying again I want to give her a good excuse for me I never meant to cause her this much pain I never meant for it to come down to you and me but I guess the best laid plans of mice and men never do really pan out in the end at least for us Well you need some time for your heart to mend and I need some time to learn to kill the lust
C)
What more can I say than Im sorry I guess you can blame it all on me and Theres no need to really worry But lets not waste time blaming it on the sea I think I failed you once again I never get anything right anymore Why do I end up causing us so much pain How come I always wake up so sore
