Pregnant in highschool
No job
No car
Dropped out
The fathers not even with me anymore
Dont worry though
Im gonna make it on my own
I had a baby boy hes beautiful
Looks just like his daddy
Im gonna get a job
And its gonna be better then some of the jobs all you critics have
I got my G.E.D.
I aced it!
Im gonna make it on my own
So go ahead just sit there and judge
Give me those looks
I dont care
I wont even budge
You dont hurt my feelings
What does hurt is how youll never learn
im gonna be just as good as a mother as you were
So I may be just another teen statistic
But im the best damn statistic youll ever meet!
Im gonna make it on my own
Just wait and see
One day your gonna hear about me
