What Once I knew

Contributed by LonelyDork on Saturday, 21st May 2005 @ 06:11:10 PM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

Theres a feeling I thought I knew,
Some people call it love but call it you ,
for without you i wouldn't have known the meaning of love,
your showed me this feeling by the way you are,

your smile, your eyes, and your heart brought me close to it,
I liked this feeling and it's meaning,
for its meaning was you,

But as I grew closer to it something happened,
It grew tired of me and rejected me,
and left me alone,

Now i wonder was it all just a dream,
or did i know Love for sure
My meaning of love is clear and im left to wonder
If you know what the meaning of LOVE is?

this was another sad poem to read but it too spoke true and to write anything like that must hurt, be strong things will get better (after they get worse sorry...but tis true.)you use your words well and they creat such wounderful images you do have a good talent. later.
