Who you left behind
All it took was your beautiful smile
To make me feel great
Marianne, you were wonderful
No one hated you,
Not a single soul
You were the nicest
You were terrific
The one to make us all feel better
The one to settle conflicts
Marianne, your love
Meant a lot
You inspired me
To give it all Ive got
But without you
I dont know what to do
Out of us all,
You were the most true
Dear God, why was she
The one to leave?
Why not me?
The world needs her,
