It draws near again
As so often before,
This is its home
A visitor no-more,

It adapts all my strings
Pulls them astray,
Ties them in knots
Theyre left in dismay,

Tortures my faith
Im left locked in a cell,
Eternally relentless
It chooses to dwell,

I deserve my chance
My time has arrived,
Lady luck before me
Butagain Im deprived
