DROWNING FEAST

My thoughts run deep into the
depths of the darkened beast,
They feed upon the the void
and blackness that is within;
Flowing images of unrest
through this umbellical feast,
Becoming clouded with this feel
of restlessness swallowed in sin;
My mind breaks away just alittle
peice by peice,
Leaving nothing to nourish upon
in these days of unease;
Only darkness now is left
to keep me in peace,
Nothing more for my soul
but an everlasting abyss.

| sometimes its better to feal numb... yet when you numb the feelings, you become lost and you want the normality of pain... loved this poem, its beautiful! so much emotion |
