Hot then Cold
Mild then bold
Thats how the world is
Confusing, misleading
Killings happening for no reason
Preachers still out there preachin
feels like I ought to be screamin
Bullets beamin through walls and air
Hitting innocents without a care
And no help is there
And theres blood everywhere
And on the ground
Is a mixture of blood and tears
So scared and tired
But you have to stay awake
No time for sleep or rest
Unless with a bulletproof vest
Then you get hit
And then your soul drifts
Still trying to breathe
Then you stop
And your soul is freed
The world is filled with so much hate and greed
So many drugs burning
Youd think they were trees
Love is the only thing we need
To heal painful wounds
To close open tombs
Just sit and pray in an empty room
For God to let you survive
Through another day

This is so true love is the only thing we need to heal painful wounds to close open tombs.....how much more reality can one see within beautiful words as these....thank you for sharing this one it's beautifully written....
