stop...just breathe.
for one clear, precise second.
shhh, don't make a sound.
relax with this peace inside your mind.
sit on the edge, and just listen.
do you hear me crying your name?
now, just float above the struggle and strain.
is it light?, do you hear your heartbeat fluttering?
can you touch the waves and feel the breeze?
has your hurting heart, been relieved of its chronic pain?
fall down with me slowly.
glide, and sway with these hidden emotions.
dark and silent, they will stab and torment.
helpless they are, locked inside.
the only key, is your tears and pain.
stop...release and let go.
force your wet eyes open, focus.
shhh, everything is alright, dont speak.
just hold my hand tight, breathe.
peace, has been achieved.... all in just one second.
