Its Your Time ~~~~ At last my son, your time has finally come To realize your dreams that is just beyond the sun So spread the wings youve grown and freely fly To the place where your destiny does lie
Its your time son, so do not shed a tear We both know your future is not waiting here So have the courage to leave and find your dreams If you believe, then its closer then it seems
My precious son, Ive taught you all I know Its time for what only experience can show So be not afraid of things that you cant see Go boldly into the life that meant to be
Believe me son, its hard to say goodbye Its going to be hard not having by my side You brought strength to me, now Ill give strength to you Youll make me proud in anything you do
I love you son, Ive become your biggest fan I watched you gracefully turn into a man But your firm hand I can no longer hold I release you to find your pot of gold
Be careful son, with you goes my heart To guide you to the road in which you start Know that I will always be right here Supporting you and showing how much I care
My dearest son, Im so proud of you I cant wait to see your dreams come true This place you leave will always be your home A Place of refuge no matter where you roam

Such a warn and tender poem that shows a father's love for his son. I am sure they both will cherish it.
