since the day we met
my hearts been pieced back together
im no longer depressed
and no longer suicidal
dreaming of you places a smile in my face
at night i find myself thinking
he really loves me, he really cares
i gaze at the midnight sky
and i see your image in the stars
it hurts to know you're not by my side
to know i cant feel your touch
i need your arms around me
dreaming and waiting
i long to hear you whisper... i love you
