i know that sometimes i say things that hurt you
but please believe me
i dont wanna hurt you
its just that sometimes
i get frustrated and scared
and i know i dont always
think before i speak
please believe me girl
i love you so much
and when i see you in pain girl
it hurts me so much
i dont mean to hurt you
but youre hurtin yourself
and sometimes i just cant keep
my thoughts to myself
eveytime that i realize
youve been hurt by what ive said
i wish that i could take it back
cause it makes me so mad
how could i hurt
the person i love?
the person who belives
i was sent from above??
if only you could see what i see
then maybe you would believe
that the things you say about yourself arnt true
and the things i say when i slip up arnt too
cause youre smart and ur beautifull
and i truely love you

| As Scorp said this is a great apology poem and it had so much emotion in it. I hope you gave this to the one you hurt to comfort them and let them know their still loved. Keep up the writes and thank you for your comments on mine. Take care always….Steve |
