what i can't stand
is that i'm in love with you
and i don't think you notice that i am
i feel stupid because you don't feel the same way i do
all these feelings i have for you
i wished for them to all go away
but maybe they're not supposed to
maybe they're supposed to make me cry every other day
i would cry over you
because of how much i cared
and didn't know what to do
so tears would fall for you as i cried
people told me to give up and move on
well it's not that easy
when someone like you is on my mind a lot
don't you get it yet, can't you see
i felt like an idiot
and i still do
because i fell in love
with you
i wouldn't fall for you i promised
but somehow that happened
i didn't want to get hurt like everyone else did
tears fell for you as i thought my life should end
so i'll keep wishing
that i don't feel the way i do
and tears will be falling
as i cry for you

It seems like this is something you jotted down in the heat of the moment. Has a raw quality to it...I like the ending.
