SultryRose's Signatures

We stand in reverence today
for all our soilders, brave, true.
Especially to families left here.
you too are braved ones so dear.

So many have paid ultimate
price, Fathers, Sons, Mothers,
luved ones.
So very humbly I salute all
that have answered our Nations call.

For all those that paid our price,
All that's left to carry on.
I salute all that have pain.
May all luving memories remain.

For all brave soilders away
from luved ones,
I pledge my heart to you.
Many, many more as time flys
May heaven always hear your crys.

We salute you with our hearts.
this day we shall remember.
Your braveness will conquer on.
May God bless each-n-everyone.

You may be lonely far from home
Your wives-n-familys praying.
Hold strong in your un-dying luv
I send God's strength above.

May God bless each-n-everyone.

Emy..
This is the most fitting poem...
and Im not sure but you may be the only
one so far to have written in latitude
of every brave man, women and child this horrible conflict has affected...

kudos to you!!

God Bless Our Troops and may they ALL
return safely..

Billy

Little Emy this is so thoughtful.......my heart goes out to them all. Watch over them and keep them safe from harm.
This was a wonderful way of saying "Thank you" to everyone, the soldier and their family.
Well done with warmth and feeling

Very beautiful write Emy..

I hear it as a prayer.. amen..

I was one frightened mother when my sons reached the age of possibly having to go to war..

They never had to.. I was so bitter then.. thinking how cruel it is.. mothers, fathers raising up your sons, daughters, only having them to go off to war and die.. that "it just is not fair" part of my life came into action. I felt like scarlett ohara.. not wanting to hear the word WAR.

I was raised up by a father who had served in WW11 and there was much pain.. the older he got, the more depressed he became, never forgetting his buddies getting shot, the blood curdling cries all around him as he had doctor up our wounded men, plus.. the enemy side as well... he was a medic in the army..

I do know how important it is though that we do have all those fine men and women serving, to help keep us safe by night and day..

Thank you for writing this piece, even if I just now got to finding it. better late then never..

I cried all day that day, memorial day.. as my father is in heaven, and I miss him so much.. the war ruined him..

There were good times though.. which I can probably tell you one day..

Ty for this most beautiful thoughtful writing piece..

and remember emy,

I love you and Jesus loves you and don't you forget it..

Yours truly,

Raquel Leah (Poetress)
