I have always known, we where meant to be to walk this road, hand in hand you and me. I have always loved you. Feels like Ive known you forever and the day that Ive found you, I was blessed more than ever. I was willing to walk that road the road to forever. By your side come what may, through thick and thin; sunshine and stormy weather The day you left, never to return left a scar across my heart. I am lost without you. I felt your pain with souls melted as one; a single heartbeat; one in one but now youre gone. I have always known, we where meant to be to walk this road, hand in hand you and me. I am lost without you One heart. Youre pieces of me.

I really liked this, and it is set out differently which is good. The power of love is so strong and when love is found, it is so hard to be broken. To move on is so hard, but it can be done. It takes time. Keep your head up, this is a really great poem.
