My Blood On Your Hands

Contributed by blue_angel on Monday, 30th May 2005 @ 08:37:23 PM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

Wrap your fingers around my neck
Suffocate me underneath the covers
Choke me, listen to me struggle

Stab me in the stomach, friend
Not in the back
Sit back and watch me bleed

Peel my fingernails from my skin
Slowly, one by one
Watch me cringe from pain

Sew my eyes open
So that I see you laugh as I die
Let my pain be your enjoyment

Pull out each hair from my head
Scratch away at my dry skin
Gaze at the terror portrayed on my face

Slice open my chest
And gouge out my heart
Leave me without feeling

Slit my throat while I sleep
View my eyes opening in horror
My blood on your hands

Give me my death, friend
Kill me slowly and surely
You stand back and enjoy the show

Sprinter's comment sounded like there is something to be worried about. WELL YEAH!!!! I think I have to agree, girl you sound like you might need help, it is pretty icky sounding, and yet it would make an excellent horror clip in a MOVIE, but a poem, not to sure about, hope you get help.

Ick! This was one of the most disturbing poems I've ever read. I don't mean to be insulting, Jennie, because from a literary sense it conveys imagery, but I honestly don't like the message. Sprints is so right. I'm not sure what's going on, but it hurts to read this (as I am sure it hurts you to write it). You mean a lot to so many people who care for you. You can't deny that. You are... hell, what am I going to say that I haven't said before. I (and a whole lot of others) would miss you. So much. You've touched a lot of ppl's lives.

Be well my friend!

You definitely got the gory, and the shock value with that hun, that's
dark and scary... I hope you're doing alright; I can kind of relate and
have thought similar things in my mind before.

it seems that the one doing the killing isn't necessarily a person...ironically, it could be life itself, taking itself away from us every day...piece by piece. i don't find this as disturbing as some of the others who have commented...

disturbing indeed..
but with incredible imagery..

with friends like that, who needs enemies..
or murderers for that matter

deliciously haunting though-
