I cried myself to sleep in the dark around past midnight
No reason in paticular just a need and i felt it was right
All the past came streaming back at me all too clearly
What mark on this world in another year past have i made really?
Things long forgotten things really that dont matter
Have a way of hitting home at times but i cant waver
Putting my head in the pillow i guess we will soon see
Closing my eyes, As i utter low happy birthday to me
