Im on my way down
Down a never-ending hole
A path
I should have chosen not to take
I fell for them
All the lies
Hidden In a disguise
I could have caught
If I had only tried
I should have known it wasnt real
From the moment I thought I could feel
Now Im cursed
A curse I can never reimburse
Im kept alive by a single lie
A string threatened by sharp scissors
The glittering blades laugh in my face
Snickering at my stupidity and gullibility
Its as if I was blind
With my life at stake
I had a chance I chose not to take
Lost my balance in my fear
Fell off the edge
And now Im here
Falling
On my way down
Im looking back at my life
Wishing I had no regrets
But finding thats all I have
I could have told you all I felt
If only I had won the battle against myself
With no hope for the future
I lie here waiting to die.
