So much of it
Builds up inside
Within all this anger
Must I abide
I try to control it
But its just too much
This is my falling
This is my crutch
Black runs down my cheek
The tears they do fall
My head spins from pain
Let go of it all
Pounding it seizes me
I cant concentrate
And I cannot get rid of
The grief it does make
It causes me tribulations
I cannot prevent
It screwed up the past
Continuing present
You cause me to be this
I yell and I scream
I try to explain
Yet you still yell at me
Its building up
I try to hold it inside
But when Im alone
I break down and cry
Scream into my pillow
To muffle the sound
Cut myself open
When no ones around
Anger, it kills me
I need to let go
Anger, it seeks me
Screaming, let it flow
