you stabbed a knife in my heart and turned it side to side tearing me appart you laughed with satisfaction as my life was slowly taken but your fear of the truth is keeping me awaken I'm staring at you looking right into your eyes shaming you and pleading too because i want my life and everything i am I want it to be mine again back in my hands not your bloody palms I can make it on my own if you just step away and let me take control

Very good poem, and it explained a break up very well, and how it seems the other person can still have some control of you even after the break up, very well written, and you didn't need to make long and wordy either to make your point, I liked that also when some poets are able to make their point in a fairly short poem. Awesome and thanks for posting it so I had the chance to enjoying reading it and commenting on it .
