Ghostly Presence

Contributed by spazz911 on Thursday, 9th June 2005 @ 08:11:36 PM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

ghosts are here...
I hear them callling
a ghostly haunting song

their transparent figures
gliding like ice
float through my life
and hold my breath tight

no appearence is seen
but there shadows come closer
I see them, its really them
they are here and they know

don't you feel their presence?
or am I the only one in tune?

does it really matter
who and where they are
they are all flowing
toward the earth and rain that calls

in a snowy sleet
they will avail
and send there death
upon rusty nail

dusting the earth
with their cold chilly presence
leaving it here
so we can have that chance
