I asked myself what would He do,
Sometimes it is hard to ask,
Cause i'm afraid of the answer,
But then I know His way is best.
Sometimes a wall seems to be there,
I like to see over the top,
Sometimes I want to look around it
But it is too long,
So I stop.
Sometimes I get frustrated,
Wanting to have my own way,
Then I realize,
I have treated others in a wrong way.
Finally I give up,
And then I say,
Lord, what would you do,
In this situation today.
He finally tells me,
Or shows me the way,
And I find out,
His way is a lot better
Than mine,
Any old day.
