What Do You See

Contributed by FallenAngels on Saturday, 11th June 2005 @ 03:37:28 AM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

In their eyes
An over dramatic young girl
Not a passionate woman

What will you see me as?

I cry large tears
I smile with all my heart
I have mnay fears
I break when him and I are apart

Somedays I dont know
Where I've left my mind
It seems to take wing at
Any given second

My laughter comes from the tips of my toes
My pain drowns me

Somedays

I exude a confidence
That has tried to be stripped away
but Ive held onto it too tightly

I believe in nothing and yet everything
And those beliefs never alter.

I was born to perform in the bright lights of
Any city
I was put here to create
music
movement
and character
Just for a moment

I dont go with the flow
My art is what I am
I will continue to grow larger then myself
All boarders I will ban

She is my home
and my heart

Sometimes
I wish I could fly
And one day I will

So an overdramatic young girl, or a passionate woman........

What do you see?
Tell me
