AS I AM SITTING HERE
ON MY FRONT PORCH
THINKING OF YOU
WITH MY EYES CLOSED
AGAINST THE SUN LIGHT
I CAN ENVISION THE FACE
OF MY TRUE LOVE SO BRIGHT
AS I LEAN MY HEAD BACK
UPON THE TOP OF MY CHAIR
I CAN SEE HIS EYES OF GRAY
AND THE COLOR OF HIS HAIR
HIS GORGEOUS SMILE
ON HIS HANDSOME FACE
I CAN FEEL MY HEART
PICK UP A PACE
THAN A WARM BREEZE BLOWS
ACROSS MY LIPOS
WHICH SEND SHIVERS THRU MY BODY
ALL THE WAY TO MY FINGER TIPS
IT FEELS AS IF HIS LIPS
WHERE AGAIN TOUCHING MINE
I WILL CHARISH THIS FEELING
THRU THE REST OF MY LIFETIME
