I have twenty million items, Which the world has blessed to me, But no matter what time brings, I don't think I'll ever have what I want.
I stare at the ceiling, for twenty three hours a day, Sleep is barely one of them, and no energy comes in that.
Please, just wash it over me, I see the blood dripping down on me, Don't tease me so, I can't take it. I tied my necklace tighter, until I could not breathe.
I like to watch the Happy, They interest me so. Because they have something, That I will never know. The ignorance of purity, and never feeling betrayed, How wonderful it must be, To be selfish and loved by me.
I feel the walls closing in, But no matter how much I scream or beg, No one ever notices, And leaves me here in bed. I hear so many voices, cries of anguish, I feel them through my body, and I'm compulsively twitching, Seemingly just retching My example of how to never be, Please, never become like me.

Such a sad poem. I can feel the pain beneath your words. Hope things improve.
Best wishes,
Robert Davidson. |
