I dabbed at my knee As I looked around Dirt and tears so I couldn't see I fell to the ground.
Again I heard it As I went into shock My lip bled where I bit It just wouldn't block.
Two cars collided At such a fast pace, I knew I wouldn't have minded If it had of been a race.
I couldn't concintrate anymore It was spinning away from me I felt the blood seep from a sore I cried out "Where? Where is he?"
It felt like I was insane Like they wanted to put me away As I stumbled with the pain They tried to make me stay.
Finally I broke free Feeling so numb I ran on Where could I be? Where has he gone?
It was dark and felt like it should rain On this clear April night I realised a stain And without him I didn't want to fight.
But here I am and here his not All I can truely say This is not what I want I didn't want it this way.

That's so sad... car accidents are horrible, I absolutely hate hearing about them, and there's no good reason why they should ever happen, which I think is the saddest part of all. Because despite that, they do. Such a touching write, it pulled at my heartstrings.
