Lost in the Lies of the World!

Topic: Lifepoems

----------_________--------------

Where is this peace that we all seek?
Ive dug so far down for it
Down to the deepest pits of darkness
Just in the hopes of a sneak peek

I live with the deception
That love is around the corner
Down the road, just out of my reach
Pulled apart is my flesh by separation

Lusting for the longing, I cry!
For happiness in this bleak world
When the darkness overtakes us all
Knowing I was conceived only to DIE!

Is this life really worth the fight?
Stand up to get beat back down
Blood streaked skies stained crimson red
I fear the light in this darkness of night

Crazy is insanities side of sane
Blood boiling, freezing cold
I hate the world for hating me
Ripped from my heart, strangled by my own vein!

Void of meaning, Silence in my screaming
They say there is liberation is desecration
Burned at the eyes, blinded by these false lies
Reality escapes in my nightmares of sweet dreaming

Put faith in my heart, my fears
Faith is the strength of the weak
Rising from my knees, cut below the waist
This self inflected silence, silences my ears

How could they leave me here alone?
To fight this pain alone, reopen my scars
Bleed my empty soul dry, so I can die whole again
Take my heart and send it back home.

On angles wings I shall fly
Make my least breath full of death
Died for beliefs of the tangled masses, choke the air out of me
Death from this world full of Blood Soaked Lies!

I hate being alone, I hate sacrificing myself for no one
Come back to me, make me whole again
Make my heart happy, with the beauty in your smiles
Loving you is what I love most, and my love shall never be done!
