Up on the Karaoke
I stood and did my thing
Sung it with my heart and soul
Applause and cheers to bring
I finished my rendition
And stepped down from the stage
Feeling smug and confident
Awaiting for my wage
The audience took pity
And slowly they did clap
But I must admit I blushed a bit
When someone shouted, crap

Hi Dave, laughing here, not AT you, but at myself. I'm sure you couldn't be half as bad as I was a few nights ago, when I sang Karaoke for the first time. My little sister was the Karaoke Queen of our island in 1998 and I usually go with her.... but this time I sang!! Did you read my poem, 'Jenni's Debut'? Anyway, I enjoyed your poem very much. Keep it up, from...The Karaoke Queen the 2nd....lmao

I am also laughing for I have done Karaoke and yours couldn't have been worse than mine! Great write, it put a smile on my face. Keep singing!

I love reading your stuff, it`s chock full of humphdj goodness and humor, (or humour as you probably spell it).
I share many of your values and the need to laugh whenever I can. You`re quite the story teller.
