And in his voice I heard what had been before And what could never be
And in his eyes, like supernovas, a dying breath of passion sat quietly..
and in his touch a longing love forlorn and unsatisfied a deep felt wish to be needed a hidden broken heart, a feeling pushed aside
so I reached across the universe and pulled him close to my beating heart I heard the drums of battle I heard the world break apart
And as my simple mind imploded I felt some sweet redemption I had broken his souls barrier, I had discovered his good intentions
And when the light turned green, We sped into a dimension unknown As the lights blurred in and out of focus I knew I was no longer alone.
