I am me
This is plain
A blind man can see
That I am
All I despise
All I wished
I would never be
I am sad
Constantly
For no apparent reason
I would rather flee
I would rather sink
With the crew and their ship
I am a gluttony for punishment
I am beyond repair
I am so broke
That it isnt even fair
Yet no one has broken me
Its my own despair
Its my own stress
That makes me loose my hair
My own nerves
That makes me see the ghosts
That simply
Are not there
I am rude
An animal
A despicable
And disgraceful
Human excuse for a mammal
I chew with my mouth open
My teeth promiscuously churning
I take this lesson Im learning
Pile on the books
This is a campfire burning
This is a flame
That lights the way
This is the same
Same price to pay
I am satisfied
In not knowing you
I am secure
In my aninimitaty
Otherwise
These hurts
Would never be revealed
Never internalized
By people
People who feel so real
A community of survivors
We are the last writers
You are the spark
That ignites the fighter
That pushes the limit
With all my heart in it
Here is to the love I keep
Here is where I fall asleep
