Burdened Sorrow

So powerful a word to seek an eternal forgiveness.
To stoop below a darkness that has blinded all.
Forever seeking a life of all lost doubt.
To scream in pain when life has betrayed you.
So low you feel and powerless to fight.
A day with rain or a day with sun is darkness.
Upon your soul is burdened a weight of sorrow.
No life to save your own crumbling down upon you.
Only to deepen a sorrow of a lost and down soul.
So pathetic a world to pass a blind eye.
Upon a poor lost in the confusion of life.
