One more time,
The words easy on my lips,
Another desperate plea,
Once again, Id slipped.
One more time,
I ask in Gods name,
Bargaining words,
My head hung in shame.
One more time,
Let me feel His touch,
Its been too long,
Ive missed Him so much.
One more time,
Let me kneel at His throne,
Begging for mercy,
For the seeds Ive sown,
One more time,
I dont deserve His love,
Yet by His grace,
Ill make Heaven above.
But one more time,
May not be granted,
Better make sure my feet,
Are ever firmly planted.
Because one more time,
Hes under no obligation,
He left it up to me,
To choose salvation.

Very nice! The repetition was a powerful tool in this poem. The last four lines were particular favorites. Good job!
